Order Cancellation Policy

We understand that sometimes plans change. If you wish to cancel your order, please review the following guidelines:

  • Cancellation Window: To be eligible for cancellation, you must notify us via email at wearnorthwool@gmail.com within 12 hours of placing your order.

  • Email Requirement: Your cancellation request must include:

    • Your order number

    • The reason for cancellation

  • Timely Notification: Requests made after the 12-hour window may not be accepted, as we begin processing and preparing orders for dispatch shortly after they are placed.

Please note that Northwool reserves the right to decline cancellation requests that fall outside these conditions or if the order has already been shipped.
